One sport that I enjoy watching in TV is
football, because I love this. I don’t see a football match yet, because I have
to go to Madrid and it’s too expensive. Moreover, I enjoy practising this
sport. When I was young, I played football with my cousins and my brother in
the street and it was so funny. Also, I like playing table football with my
friends in the bar.
Last
winter, I went to Pirineos and I practised ski in the snow. I loved this experience, because I
had never practised this sport. If I could, I would practice again.
Furthermore,
when I had ten years, I practised ice skating with my friend. I really liked
this. I love all sports associated with the snow.
All
sports have a main advantage: they helping you to be in shape and improve your
physique, agility and your strength. The sport increases the muscles and boosts
the bones. In addition, it reduces the stress and many diseases, like the
cholesterol.
However,
one drawback of extreme sports is they are dangerous. Also, there are a lot of
disadvantages of sport in general. If you don’t practise the sport suitably,
you’ll suffer damages and muscle contractions. Moreover, you can be sport
addicted.
To sum up, sport is very good for all
people, because it improves our physical body and our mind. It reduces the
anxiety and stress. We have to do exercise one day a week.
Remember,
sport is the only thing that you do for yourself and not for others.
